What happens after I send a request?
You give us your address, gutter details (stories, approximate length, guards, tree cover, last cleaning), and a preferred window. The site can show an estimate range. After you send the request, a person checks whether a suitable provider is available.
When do I actually pay?
A request does not charge you. If a provider is available, you receive a written quote and proposed visit window. Payment can follow only after you accept them.
Who does the actual cleaning?
No provider is assigned when the estimate appears or when the request is received. A person looks for a suitable local provider for that request. We do not claim verified coverage or a signed partner network in the listed metros.
How do you vet who does the work?
Three checks matter most: whether they actually perform standalone gutter cleaning rather than cleaning only as an add-on; whether the business and its ownership are verifiable rather than anonymous; and what they explicitly don't do, such as repair or guard installation, so scope expectations match your request.
What happens on visit day?
The provider arrives in your confirmed window and completes the cleaning scope from your request. If something outside our scope turns up, like a needed repair, you're told rather than having work done or skipped without your knowledge.
What we cover
The estimate model supports single-family homes, townhouses and duplexes, up to two storeys, one building per request. Three storeys and above, HOAs and multi-building jobs go to a person without an online estimate. Gutter guards can add time and must be reviewed before a written quote.
We do not install guards, carry out repairs, or clear buried drains. We clear each downspout to the point where it enters the ground, and we report anything that needs fixing without upselling it.
What every finished job includes
- Every reachable gutter run cleared by hand or vacuum, on all sides of the building.
- Every downspout flow-tested with water, and cleared if blocked.
- All debris bagged and taken away, with nothing left on the ground or in beds.
- Before-and-after photos of each elevation, sent to you.
- A short note of anything that needs attention, with no upsell attached.
If any of these is missed, tell us within 7 days. We arrange a return visit at no cost, or refund the part that was not done.
What we do not do
We don't cold-call or use automated calling to close your request. We don't claim an established multi-market partner network at this stage, and we don't guarantee same-day arrival on a scheduled request.
FAQ
Do you employ the people who clean my gutters? No. No provider is assigned at the estimate or request stage. If a visit can be arranged, an independent local provider does the work.
How do I know the price won't change after the provider arrives? Your price is based on the details you give us. If something significantly different turns up on site, you'd be told before any additional work, not charged silently.

What we do not claim
