Standard band and review branches
The standard band covers a one- or two-story home up to a stated gutter length, without guards, with normal debris. Three of your answers can move a house out of the band: guards present, a third story or blocked access, and heavy or long-neglected debris. Each is a review branch: we tell you the adjusted price before anything is charged, and you can decline.
What "confirmed before you pay" means
- You describe the house and see a price: a priced request.
- We arrange a local partner for your window. If we cannot, nothing is charged.
- We confirm the price and the window with you. Then you pay.
- If the house differs from the description on the day, the provider stops, we agree the change, and only then does the price change.
What is never added later
No haul-away fee, no ladder fee, no downspout line, no online booking fee. If it is not on the confirmed price, it does not exist.
What we do not publish
A rate card or an average. We have no completed jobs yet; the cost page shows what local providers publish, with dates, so you can judge our number.
Weather
Rain, ice, or high wind can make a roof edge unsafe. If a crew cannot work safely, we reschedule at the same price; the cancellation page states how.
