The online result is an estimate range, not a quote, final total or booked visit. It models clearing the gutters, flushing the downspouts, bagging and removing the debris, and provider travel. No provider or visit day is assigned at this stage.
Standard band and review branches
The standard band covers a one- or two-story home up to a stated gutter length, without guards, with normal debris. Three of your answers can move a house out of the band: guards present, a third story or blocked access, and heavy or long-neglected debris. Each is a review branch: a person must check the scope and provider availability before sending a written quote. You can decline it.
How an estimate becomes a written quote
- You describe the house and see an estimate range.
- You can send the details as a request. This does not assign a provider or reserve a visit.
- A person checks provider availability, access, scope and open charges.
- If the visit can be arranged, you receive a written quote and a proposed window.
- You decide whether to accept. Nothing is charged before that step.
What can change after the estimate
House details, guards, access, debris, provider travel and local fees can change the online range. The written quote must name each confirmed charge and any item that remains open. Do not treat the estimate as an all-in total.
What we do not publish
A rate card or a market average. We have no completed jobs yet. The cost page shows what changes a cleaning quote and how to compare written totals for the same scope. The company comparisons describe different quote flows and service models; they do not establish that our estimate is lower.
Weather
Rain, ice, or high wind can make a roof edge unsafe. If a crew cannot work safely, we reschedule at the same price; the cancellation page states how.
Payment
Current online results are estimate ranges and do not open instant checkout. Submitting a request does not charge your card, assign a provider or confirm a visit. Payment can follow only after you accept a written quote for an available provider.
