Comparable total = base price + required add-ons + taxes and fees
Do not divide by a guessed gutter length or compare a one-story base offer with a two-story, guarded, multi-structure job. Use the scope worksheet first, then put each offer into the quote comparison worksheet.
What public prices can and cannot tell you
Window Hero says it prices gutter cleaning by property square footage. That basis alone does not tell you whether guards, detached structures, access, cleanup, or other scope items match your job. Ask for a written total for your address and the work you need.

Each page separates the requested scope from confirmed inclusions and identifies what needs clarification before a total can be compared. A price reply is not automatically an all-in offer. Evidence rule for local cost studies
A local observation needs a date, service area, the job requested, the provider's written price, and a record of what the reply confirms or leaves unknown. We call an amount an all-in total only when the provider confirms it. Only offers with matching work and fee coverage support an equal-scope comparison. Research requests without a response are not price evidence. Public coupons and starting prices do not become full-job observations. We do not compute a city average from two or three records.
Limits
Cleaning does not include gutter repair, roofing, foundation diagnosis, or buried-drain clearing unless separately scoped. The final price and visit window must be confirmed before payment.
