The measured Dallas job

Both requests described a two-story single-family home, about 180 linear feet of gutters, four downspouts, no guards, moderate leaves, no roof debris, and normal ladder access from every side. The confirmed total came from a revised quote after haul-away was added. Its earlier tax line was not reverified for that revision. The other reply leaves both scope and fees unknown. Do not combine the old tax breakdown with the revised total or assume both offers cover the same job.
