How much does Ned's Home charge for gutter cleaning?
Its gutter cleaning page lists average prices by home size and says "pricing can vary from job to job." It does not define small, medium, or large by square footage, story count, or gutter length. Ask which band your address fits and whether the offer includes downspouts, cleanup, debris removal, tax, and every required fee. A national average cannot replace a written total for a stated job. Is a Ned's Home plan worth it?
Its plans run from three cleanings a year (Gold) to six (Diamond Plus). The larger plans also bundle other exterior services. Ask which services and visits the plan total covers, whether unused visits carry over, and what one visit costs without a plan. Ned's Home's FAQ recommends "approximately 6 times per year", in March, June, August and three times in the fall. - An office named in the metro area: New York (Brentwood, NY), Chicago (Wheeling, IL) and Atlanta (Norcross, GA).
- State listed, no office named nearby: Pittsburgh, Denver, Chattanooga and Savannah. A listed state does not tell you whether a crew serves your ZIP; ask before you plan around it.
- State not listed: Dallas (Texas), Los Angeles (California) and Boise (Idaho).
